IggysHouse offers home sellers the service of being able to post to Multiple Listing Services (MLS) for free for the first 30 days in the states of Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Their home listings also appear on highly-trafficked Realtor.com. For all the other states home sellers can list their home for a monthly pay-as-you-go $49.99 fee. Site administrators make sure the listing follows MLS rules and regulations before posting it.

The home seller is required to pay a $149 closing fee if a transaction closes for a property listed by IggysHouse. This fee includes a review of the closing statement with the idea of  answering any questions the home seller has and to make sure that all fees and charges appear on the correct side of the transaction. Optional services are available such as agent assistance and virtual tours for additional fees.

The company also announced that it is putting together a list of broker affiliates to take listings in other states and he company’s parent site, Webdigs offers home buyers up to a 50 percent rebate on the commission.
